The trial lesson
Free, and there is nothing to refund. You are not asked for card details to book it.
During a paid month
Stop at any time. Lessons already taught are charged at the per lesson price of your plan, and the rest of the month is returned.
Missed lessons
Tell us before the lesson starts and you get a makeup lesson rather than a refund. Without notice, the lesson counts as taught.
If we cancel
If we cancel a lesson and cannot offer a makeup within two weeks, that lesson is refunded in full.
How refunds arrive
Back to the method you paid with, within ten working days. Kaspi instalment plans are settled through Kaspi and can take a little longer.
